The parking is never packed and building is kept clean througout the hallway and outside area.

The parking in the winter is difficult as it's hard to park in your garage without getting blocked in because someone who parks outside doesn't leave enough room. Somehow non-residents are getting in and sleeping in the stairwells making me uncomfortable and wary for my safety. One of the smoke detectors has been beeping since before Thanksgiving. One of the washers only fills with hot water so you have to be careful what is being washed.

Mold in the walls, broken washer/dryer, broken mailbox, no upkeep but constantly raising the rent. 0/10

Slow to take care of things, have had black mold growing in my bathroom wall, been waiting for maintenance to take care of it for a few months now. Rent at your own risk.
