The secretaries at Metroplains are kind and reasonable people who will work with the tenant when it comes to a missing/late payment which I highly appreciate. The living space is not the absolute best but it is cozy and afforable.

Someone is smoking cigarettes on the lower floor at Park 2, it is drifting all the way up to the top floor where I live. I can smell the odor regularly and going down to my storage area in the furnace room lower floor there have been times the hallway is BLUE with cigarette smoke. I hear lower floor residents complaining also. I thought this was a smoke free building!

Good place to rent.

Only 1 working dryer and 2 washers in laundry room. There is a lot of noise and running around in the halls. Tenants leave trash in halls and make a mess of lobby. Some single women do not feel safe because doors are propped open by other tenants. Location is great, close to town, grocery store and restaurants. Apartments have everything you need like, microwave, dish washer, air conditioning and garbage disposal. Very nice and comfortable apartment. Maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Parking is close but the lot is dangerous because of all the cracks and in need of repair. Easy trash disposal and friendly staff. Nice to have elevator but hard to keep clean, because of trashy tenants. Happy living here but wish we had a little better security.
