Decent buildings, double garage is nice. But it is basically a mortgage to rent 1/3 of a house and have absolutely zero return on your investment, which really says on the state of things. Its 50/50 between being a decent place to live and there not really being a better option unless you want to pay even more. They also nickel and dime you with fees and unmetered utilities as if pouring most of your income down the drain wasn’t 2026 enough.

The other renters are very quiet. I rarely see anyone. I dont like the fact that the dryer vents arent cleaned out. The lint traps are cleaned by those of us who use the dryers but we are unable to reach the lint we can see further down the exit tubing.

I like living here. The only complaint I would have is lack of maintenance being done whether it’s in the laundry laundry room

This used to be a great place. Its kinda gone down hill in the last few years. Nice rent. Severeal problematic tenants tgst need to be addressed.
