Lacking maintenance, inside building cleaning, non secure doors, yard care, snow removal, dog poop control, garbage pick up, staff shortages, Time for investors to become aware.

This is THE cheapest 2 bedroom apartment I could find. In fact, I found more expensive ONE bedroom apartments. I don't remember all the criteria that I starred but category by category; The staff are great. I don't remember their names, but they were fantastic. They gave me Fun Dip, and I haven't had one of those in like, 10 years. Parking.. less than 5 stars because, for some reason, you dont have as many garages as you do Apartments. I think that's kinda dumb. Amenities? Like, you don't have a swimming pool, but I don't want a swimming pool, so that's okay. OH! Laundry is too expensive. If I could go back and give 3 stars, I would. Noise is quiet! But I'm pretty sure I'm louder than my neighbors..

I love the location and size of my apartment but the parking is a joke! Also in the winter the snow removal is none existent!!
