Water and Locks

Wont let me complete with out filling this in. Same issues with water that has been going on all year so far. Was "fixed" for a little bit after the flush out of system but is gradually coming back more and more now. Plus, new complicated locks that malfunctioned on day 2 of the install forcing me to leave my apartment unattended and unlocked or miss my appointment. Maintenance telling me I need to call a 1800 number to fix lock issues, just to be told by 1800 number that if I couldn't be home with the lock, Maintenance needed to be there, but I need to do the phone tag to some how coordinate the two of them together while I wasn't even able to be making phone calls for the next two hours? What a mess. Old fashioned lock and key work just fine.

Long Time Resident

I've lived on the property for six years, and for the first five, I had no issues with the place. Rent was affordable, and the property was decent. Last year, a group of tenants moved in who threw parties almost every single night deep into the night, and the property took no action to evict the tenants despite multiple police visits daily to curb the noise. The tenants were allowed to stay for four months despite violating both city noise ordinance and lease noise restrictions DAILY. They were finally kicked out on an unrelated incident. Rent has increased steadily in the last three years despite a pandemic and deep inflation while no additional amenities or property care has been done. In 2021 I purchased a cat and paid the pet deposit. In 2022 the company underwent a software change and lost data. In 2023, they could not find the record of my pet deposit and made me pay it a second time. I do not think the company is malicious in any of its actions; I just find them to be very inefficient and lacking in property management skills.
