Love the area and layout of apartments. Wish rent wouldn't go up every year. Getting too expensive.

The rent has gone up more than I expected it would over the last theee years. Rent will not be affordable if it continues to rise at the rate it has been.

This is a awesome place to live but, somethings are not okay. Getting a maintenance request done is hard , and parking is great but sometimes full.

I enjoy living in this complex. The location is perfect. Sometimes the noise gets to be too much. I live on the 2nd floor and individuals above me have someone who is stomping around very frequently. It is very loud and extremely annoying at times. I wish the snow removal process during the winter months could be better.
