I have lived here for 8 years.Love the location, the quietness. The maintance staff are wonderful. The office staff is not quite as good I have requested an apt w/attached garage from day one and two other tenants he a e received them before myself and they moved in after me.i feel the office manager does not follow up as well has a tendency to discriminate some residents. In the winter the snow is a nightmare, for a 55+ complex. For the last several years the shoveling does not get done until after the snow has fallen, I, myself and my nephew have shoveled myself as well as older residents out before it was done by complex, some of us still work and need to get out otherwise we are stuck until it is done , and snow can get waist high real fast over here. Several sidewalks have chunks out of them and freeze up real fast as they maintain melting snow, and u trip over them in spring. So between 1-10, I'd rate it a 5.
