Horrible Experience

This has been such a poor experience. The apartment we are renting is nothing like the one my roommates and I toured. When we arrived the apartment was clearly never cleaned from the last tennats. There have been so many maintenance issues that impair our safety. Non of these have been fixed in a timely manner. And those that have been fixed have not been fixed properly. We have been charged for rent on the month we were told we wouldnt be due to the special running when we signed the lease. Despite being told there are laundry facilities we have not been given access to them, despite asking several times. We have not been able to contact anyone from the company that owns our apartment complex. We have considered legal action due to several violations of lease and may pursue this further if we are not helped.

Sweet Staff, Disappointing Service

Upon move in, the property was unlivable due to missing fixtures (exterior door handles, bathroom faucets, drains, and smoke detectors), unusable appliances (the dishwasher and fridge were not functional), and general sub par property condition (the entire apartment smelled unpleasant, the mirrors and inside of drawers were disgusting, and the carpet was covered in stains and full of holes). These issues were eventually resolved, but communicating with management proved impossible without showing up in person. Property management was pleasant, and they helped us resolve the issues, but that doesnt change the fact that the apartment was not in suitable condition upon our movein date. The carpet has yet to be replaced. Additonally, though it is promised in the lease that there would be onsite laundry facilities, those have not been accessible since we moved in in March. It has also been impossible to get in touch with the advising company that oversees the property.

I have been having maintenance issues since i moved in march 14th something is not right with the bathroom toilet and sink and my patio door doesn’t lock and my front door is off track
