I don't understand why I'm being charged all these fees. I am confused as to why these fees are getting out of hand. I have 2 water bills and no one can explain why. My rent is not what it says on my lease, and they are getting over on their tenants. I love the apts and amenities; however, the office is messy. They are quick to put a letter on your door, but not quick to give you answers to your questions. I might have to get a lawyer to look into some things and get my questions answered. I have 4 or 5 rental insurance payments that were added on 07/26/2025 alone. How?
