The following qualification standards will be required from every prospective resident. Applicants: All occupants over the age of 18 are required to submit an application and must meet all criteria specified for the primary applicant. To qualify: One applicant must qualify on their own, or a combination of the applicants must qualify with combined income and qualifying credit. Applications are good for 60 days. Number of Occupants: The maximum allowable occupants per unit is two (2) individuals per bedroom. This does not apply to children 12 months and under.
