The following qualification standards will be required from every prospective resident.Applicants: All occupants over the age of 18 are required to submit an application and must meet all criteria specified for the primary applicant.To qualify: One applicant must qualify on their own, or a combination of the applicants must qualify with combined income and qualifying credit.Applications are good for 60 days.Number of Occupants: The maximum allowable occupants per unit is two (2) individuals per bedroom. This does not apply to children 12 months and under.Income: Gross income must be at least three (3) times the monthly applicable rent. Self-employment: Personal tax return - adjusted gross income.Credit: All applicants must have a credit score of 600+ to qualify. Cosigners: This property allows cosigners. Cosigners must have a 700+ credit score.
