Good Complex, Needs Some Updates
Preserve at Pine Valley is a quaint, cozy apartment complex conveniently located in the center of S College Road. I've lived here for almost a year and have mostly enjoyed it. Good sized space for the cost and very dog friendly. The complex needs some updates, which are being made. While the complex is dog friendly, we definitely need some updates to the dog park - definitely can't wear your nice shoes there. Also, there aren't enough dog trash cans, and some residents don't pick up after their pet so more enforcement is needed there. The gym needs some updates as well, one of the treadmills doesn't work and there are never any wipes or hand sanitizer available.

here since 2015 no serious issues but frequent change in management at least 4-5 times is difficult to adjust tp
