Very quiet. Quick maintenance service when necessary. Clean laundry and pool area. Staff very professional and kind.
Great Place to Call Home
I’ve resided here for about seven years so far. Occasionally there have been issues with the laundry machines. I’ve started keeping a roll of quarters on hand just in case. Otherwise, it’s great and I highly recommend it.
Decent place to live
This complex is decent to live in. Staff is nice and helpful. The apartment is a good size. My only complaint is the walls are super thin and I can literally hear neighbors talking and can clearly hear what they are saying as well as any music or TV they have on. We sometimes have to run a fan to drown out the noise in order to sleep.
Great Place to Live
I’ve been here for eight years[I think]! It’s been awhile anyway. I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s close to everything- nine miles from here to Wrightsville beach as well as Carolina Beach. About 20 minutes to Leland depending on traffic. Shopping center and restaurants are within a mile. The gals in the office are really helpful and maintenance is always prompt.
