Potential vs Reality

Great Community, great staff. Some disappointments. Pool is 9 months behind schedule to be completed. Parking situation is horrendous. Duplex style cottages without proper sound barriers between units. Dog park is not kept up, dog waste everywhere. Landscaping company is not detailed or quality. Positives: Great fitness center, has enough to complete any workout. Pest control is very good, came a few times in the fall and cleared my unit of any pest. Management and maintenance staff are both very kind and willing to help. Location is decent, area is growing rapidly. Clubhouse is terrific.
