I have found Hawthorne Commons one of he better places, if not (so far) the best place I have resided - And I have lived in a number of residences including Europe and many parts of the USA. This is an appealing and quiet community. The staff (Robbie, Tony, and office - Sharon and Jasmine) are all great. Amiable and personable, they tend to matters quickly and with very pleasant interactions. The atmosphere here is friendly, warm, and relaxed. My neighbors are personable and quickly become friends. I highly recommend Hawthorne Commons as a place to live - Dr. P DeConna

I really cannot say enough good things about living at Hawthorne Commons.The office staff is excellent and very pleasant to work with. The maintenance staff get the job done in a timely manner, they are very nice and they do what they say they are going to do. These men are very nice and respectful as well as being good at their jobs. I am so glad I chose to live here. We haven't encountered any drama and the noise level is on the low side. It is located very close to College Rd. and Wrightsville Ave. I am happy to be a resident here. Come check it out for yourself.
