The staff has always been very helpful and very kind! The Maintenance team are rockstars. The amenities are the best and our apartment hardly ever had an issue or required much attention. Great value to cost ratio. There are a few areas of suggestions that could make this property one of the very best. Obviously, the dog poop is an issue that needs to be resolved. I believe people should not be required to pay $30 a month for valet trash if they don't use it. There needs to be gas grills and outdoor lighting for the grills. People never use the grills during the day, and it is pitch black over the grills at night. Also, maybe some stepping stones in the courtyard area to and from the dog poop stations. When it rains, it get very muddy. The fencing at the dog parks needs to be attached to the ground as a dog can very easily crawl right underneath it. Other than those suggestions, this property has been great to live on for the last two years!

Overall beautiful place, friendly staff, and great ammenities. Noise levels with street traffic is the biggest complaint I have.

These apartments are new and maintained well. This is a safe place that is quiet and restful. There are amenities close by and people are friendly.
