You will love this place!

This place has been a blessing for my household. We have lived in Wilmington for a few years and have had a really hard time feeling at home over the years. Courtney changed all of that for us when we moved here. I cannot thank her enough for the amount of time she has taken to help us throughout our moving process. We felt appreciated and she made us feel right at home. If you are looking to live somewhere you can feel this way I highly recommend Hawthorne at Murrayville to be your next home. nice place

i enjoy living here. Ive lived here about 4 years now. Ive had no problems so far. Grounds are always kept nice. Maintenance are very friendly. If I had to say one thing negative.. spruce up the pool area with some plants and please get rid of that old pillow on the hammock. lol Other than that its been fine with me and I feel safe which is very important to me.

Too Expensive with no upgrade

I enjoy living here I have .lived here for about 3 years now. Its very nice and quiet .The amenities are nice. I believe the price point we pay for such a small apartment is obscene . 2 years ago I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment and I payed less for that one. It's a shame when you have to increase the rent so much that you can't afford to feed your family .Also, we shouldn't have to pay for the amazon hub if we don"t use it or need. That is 15$ a month we could put toward food. Maybe if you cut back on these parties at the pool. vendors, etc. The company could give us a buffer on this crazy rent. Its only like 800 sq ft. yikes!!
