I-40 access allows you to reach those destinations without the traffic of Market Street. If you work at GE, Corning, PPD, AlCami, Verizon Call Center, New Hanover Medical Center and Cape Fear Hospital, our location allows for easy commutes.
We are also a short ride to Camp Lejune for military families who want to live closer to Wilmington.

Nice place

Only been a few weeks but enjoy it so far. Staff is great and always fun. Parking around building 10 and 11 is tough.

Management Needs Improvement

The leasing office does a poor job of handling complaints from long-term tenants. There are several short-term tenants who temporarily live on the property as they work for contractors who rent out units for their employees. These tenants leave excessive amounts of garbage in the breezeways, congregate in the parking lot while smoking and drinking alcohol, blast music inside their units and on their balconies, and will sit on their balconies talking loudly in the middle of the night. There are also long-term tenants who steal shopping carts from the nearby Walmart and leave them around the property, as well as parking inoperable vehicles on the property resulting in less available parking spots for others and ultimately an eyesore. The dog park on the property has no lighting whatsoever and is so poorly maintained that tenants have to take it upon themselves to install lighting, pest control measures, and leveling the ground. There is also an increasing amount of animal waste gathering on the property and the pet waste stations frequently run out of bags and the trash cans overflow with waste. Several buildings have damaged or missing pieces of siding that need repairing. The property managers do little to nothing to address these concerns and now rent has increased.

Quiet community

Cypress pond has been my home for 2 years. While living here I have enjoyed the amenities and property. I will say my apartment has a sunroom and it gives you way more indoor space than a balcony offers. The Maintenance however continues to be an issue but is understandable considering Covid circumstances and not being able to find new staff. Overall it is a great location right near popular dining and grocery stores.
