A family member was displaced due to a house fire and stayed here during renovations/repairs. Very satisfied with the entire complex.

A pleasant place to be.
A nice diverse mix of residents makes this an interesting place socially. We have a great view of the mountains and of the pool area from our top floor apartment. Walkability is limited to the complex, but shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. If you crave exercise, the clubhouse has aerobic and resistance equipment and Lake Louse in Weaverville is good for running or walking. Many residents have dogs, but most know how to manage their pets!
