No parking no assigned parking. Just parking stickers cars constantly towed charged overly for amenities that are not necessary or unused cable and trash being two of them charged for a convenience fee due to the location where there is no way to exit or enter the complex due to high volume of traffic

Honestly this has been my best experience with apartment living by far! From the very start, the staff has been wonderful and very helpful! The floor plans are amazing with plenty of living space. I have lived in the Wake county area all my life and you cannot beat their price! The maintenance team is on top of it! Whenever I have put in a work request the team shows up that very day and has always done a great job. The grounds are well maintained and the community atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful! The triangle is a growing area and it is hard to find decent living at affordable pricing! You absolutely must consider living in this community!!

Very nice property but the train was extremely noisy. Also a baby moved in the building and I could constantly hear it screaming.
