The neighborhood is taken care of, theres not alot of trash or litter its real quiet, the house is great, lots of space, they need to fix the roads and more amenities like a pool or dog park

Been here for 2weeks now no issues with the trailer but one thing i noticed is the roads inbetween the trailers are badly maintained with potholes and bumps coming up to my house. even some of the speed bumps are not really useful.

Staff and environment

The staff here are extremely rude and borderline disrespectful to a degree. And I say to a degree because every persons tolerance level is different. They also do not respond to maintenance requests unless it’s “dire”. They’ve got a cat problem that they claim to be trying to work on, but as time goes by they still seem to multiply. They’ve got potholes in almost every piece of road, but never bother to fix them. As a person who literally just works and comes home, I shouldn’t have had the issues that I’ve had. Also shouldn’t have to deal with a lack an urgency when it comes to handling any issues.
