Staff and environment
The staff here are extremely rude and borderline disrespectful to a degree. And I say to a degree because every persons tolerance level is different. They also do not respond to maintenance requests unless it’s “dire”. They’ve got a cat problem that they claim to be trying to work on, but as time goes by they still seem to multiply. They’ve got potholes in almost every piece of road, but never bother to fix them. As a person who literally just works and comes home, I shouldn’t have had the issues that I’ve had. Also shouldn’t have to deal with a lack an urgency when it comes to handling any issues.
My opinion
I am grateful to have a place my family can call home. First and foremost. As for amenities there are none to speak of other than the old park. Maintenance is hit or miss mostly miss. We've had work orders put in since we moved in. When the work is done its good work. The staff is very helpful when you can get ahold of them. All are very friendly and do there job well in due time. The value of the property/neighborhood varies. Nice trailers but need some work. The location is perfect for my families needs. And as foe noise there are some very inconsiderate neighbors to say the least. But as I stated in the beginning we are grateful for what we have. Not complaining only answering because I was asked.
