Holly Leaf Apartments

I have lived in Hollyleaf for close to five years. The pool is good, and the staff try to work with you almost every time. I have enjoyed my stay. I would recommend Hollyleaf to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Overall, a great experience. Our property manager is always helpful if you have a need. However the property and appliances need some love. The exterior of the buildings are quite old and the floor are super squeaky, not ideal for first floor tenants. My HVAC also needs attention and was band-aided all last summer. Hoping that will be resolved this year when it gets hot. The addition of dedicated mailboxes and the pool have been fantastic. Also great space for the money. I'll probably camp out another year or two with the economy how it is!

Overall, Holly Leaf is great! The price is much better than other apartments in the area, and I do appreciate the recent updates. My main complaint is that there is no actual HVAC filter in the apartments - the filter space is empty and the air quality suffers as a result.
