The following qualification standards will be required from every prospective resident.Applicants: All occupants over the age of 18 are required to submit an application and must meet all criteria specified for the primary applicant.To qualify: One applicant must qualify on their own, or a combination of the applicants must qualify with combined income and qualifying credit.Applications are good for 60 days.Number of Occupants: The maximum allowable occupants per unit is two (2) individuals per bedroom.
