My wive and I have lived here 14 months, We like the layout of the property and have found the people working in maintance and the office very responsive, The apartment is nice but the wooden flooring needs to be professionally cleaned, i have referred the property to a friend of mine, but they ended up buying a townhouse.

The Residences at Wakefield is very beautiful! It is adorned with flowers and is well maintained. I just love my apartment. It is spacious, with three large Walk-in closets. I've been here a while and don't anticipate leaving anytime soon. It's like having a house with everything from a large patio to an attached garage. These are my two favorite features. The staff are friendly and when a maintenance report is submitted or mentioned it corrected as quickly as possible. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to live.

I’ve been living here for 7 years and find the property to be a nice place to live. The grounds are nicely maintained, the neighborhhod is quiet and my apartment is comfortable, the property has a nice pool and offers great amenities for residents to enjoy. It’s in a good location for shopping and close to towns, parks and hiking trails.
