The staff is friendly and helpful. Usually if i have a question or concern, they are on top of it within the day.

I've been here 7 years and seen many changes. Great Staff, Great Maintenance crew. No hose in car wash area until "The Season" starts - what do we do about the insane amount of pollen? Oh, well, that's a problem. Pool Maintenance - I remember when the pool would open early May, but that's not "the season". These days we are lucky IF it opens Memorial Day. They should think ahead, get a mason crew to re-cement those edge bricks properly without pieces of cement IN THE POOL. I love it here but there are some things I can't oversee.

been there about 14 years this time was there once before for a year or two great place and location just to high on the rent i am looking other places but really dont want to leave but new job making less money may not have a choice carpet wore out after 14 years need some repairs the rent is really the only thing that might make me move
