Great Option for starting over

I love the layout of my apartment and the amenities. I wish the apartments were a bit quieter (I can hear my upstairs neighbors stomping around.) but overall it is fine. The office staff is responsive and lately it seems the area is better kept up.

Needs work

Parking is a nightmare. Guests who are shopping should be charged to park there and should be only used for a limited time. Had a lot of conflcting info before moving in. One person should be working on the application from beginning to end. Things not working from move in. Should be checked before tenant moves in.

Not What I Had Hoped

I have found the leasing office to be unhelpful. The leasing office is not very forthcoming in what Park and Market offers. I had the maintenance staff come to my apartment, but they left and told me they would be back, but I haven't heard from them. If they were waiting for a part, I should be informed.
