The place is in a great location. I would say the biggest problem is the walls are extremely thin. You can hear when neighbors are watching tv, showering, etc.. I have never had a bug problem which is a big plus. Maintenance has always come in a resonable time when i have wver had any sort of problem. And if they are not able to fix the problem, they have sent a professional to get the job done.

We've lived at Moses Courts since moving from Texas in 2016. The small community is excellent, and the property staff is like family. I wouldn't move anywhere else unless it were my own house I was moving into.
