"I’ve been living in MAA for years and Providence nailed it. My family and I absolutely love it! The location is perfect—I’m within walking distance to the grocery store, several restaurants, and the transit line, which makes my commute so easy. The staff is incredible; they are kind, responsive, and always willing to help. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled within 24 hours. Considering the amenities and the location, the rent price is very acceptable. Highly recommend this community!"

I recently relocated here from NJ and so far i love it here. The amenities are great, the environment is quiet and clean. There is enough places and spaces to park your vehicle. I love the fact that we live in a central location where we can get to most places within a 15 -30 mins. Whether Downtown Raleigh, Durham or across town to Cary and other Cities.

I've lived here for a year. I've had many issues with things in the apartment that maintenance was able to resolve. Great locations. Neighbors are ok, I don't talk to them but no issues other than one neighbor who dogs that bark non-stop. Lease renewed b/c its not bad and I don't want the hassle of moving again.

it's quiet, the neighbors are friendly and its a clean area. However, I do miss the food trucks that used to come weekly, it seems to be a once in a blue moon thing now.
