I recently relocated here from NJ and so far i love it here. The amenities are great, the environment is quiet and clean. There is enough places and spaces to park your vehicle. I love the fact that we live in a central location where we can get to most places within a 15 -30 mins. Whether Downtown Raleigh, Durham or across town to Cary and other Cities.

I've lived here for a year. I've had many issues with things in the apartment that maintenance was able to resolve. Great locations. Neighbors are ok, I don't talk to them but no issues other than one neighbor who dogs that bark non-stop. Lease renewed b/c its not bad and I don't want the hassle of moving again.

it's quiet, the neighbors are friendly and its a clean area. However, I do miss the food trucks that used to come weekly, it seems to be a once in a blue moon thing now.

I lived here for a year. Had a very good experience! Staff super supportive and helpful and maintanance requests get andwered within 48 hours, so very fast! Im only moving out because my roommate and I need something with cheaper tent fir the life circumstances we’re in. But otherwise would definitifely recommand!

This apartment complex is in a safe area, close to many shops and central to the Raleigh/Durham area. The best thing about living here is the office staff and maintenance. Both go out of their way to provide a safe and comfortable living space. They are always willing to go the extra mile, which is greatly appreciated!
