I will provide a TLDR cons list before elaborating: -inefficient and ineffective maintenance on large issues -lack of follow through by both the office and maintenance teams -possible distance between apartment and the trash compactor (depending on your location in the complex, this is understandably a menial concern) -pervasive mold issues (in my personal apartment- unsure about others) Firstly- calling, emailing, and texting do not work. Go into the office. Document everything if you have an issue. The property manager works between two locations so try to talk to office staff to see when she is actually in and get there before 5pm on the days she is on property if you want to discuss any issue. I took ownership of the apartment in May of 2025 but did not move in completely until June of 2025. I would like to provide a timeline of issues within my apartment. -3 maintenance requests regarding AC not cooling (June 16th, 20th, 23rd) every new work order was submitted after the job was stated to be completed and the issue fixed -Washing machine stops working submits a request on August 18th. Has to resubmit a request on August 27th because the unit had not been repaired or replaced at that point. The machine was eventually replaced after over 2 weeks of no functional washer. (Damages done to kitchen floor in the process of replacing the unit) -Reports mold growth throughout the apartment (on windows, walls, furniture, vents, clothing) on September 27th. Moisture levels within the apartment . Mold removal from vents were not approved for 45 days and did not happen until 60 days after initial reporting. Kept a (property mandated) industrial dehumidifier running for 3 months at my own utility expense. Still have not received requested compensation (6/8/26) For pros: Great location, spacious layout, beautiful grounds, aesthetically pleasing space

Love the outdoor space and how it backs up to green space. But, the community looks tired (especially the stairwells) and needs an update to the apartments themselves. MAA raised our rent every single year, with virtually nothing to show for it.

Looking for a lower level resident because of upcoming hip surgery. Some times the lawn keepers start before 8am . Many dont pick up behind their pets. But overall satisfied with the community.
