I enjoy the location and prompt attention to maintenance. The rent for renewal is high. There are no longer incentives for renewal such as blinds upgrade, carpet cleaning etc…

The monthly added charges for water were never mentioned. Can never park in front of my building. Grass areas are filled with dog waste from other renters failing to pick up after their pet.
