I have been living here for the past three years. Convenient location and nice size apartment. I would like to have up to date appliances, one free carpet cleaning every year and more pest control visits.

Lived here for less than 1 year, great location! Easy access to North Raleigh, Downtown Raleigh, Durham, Cary, and RDU Airport. Very friendly staff and great amenities. The community is also very dog-friendly!
