I have lived in this apartment complex for 15 months & just renewed my lease for another 15 months because I enjoy living here so much. I have lived in many different apartments previous to this one, so I feel I have a lot of experience to base my review off of. Elevate LN has many positive attributes that have made it feel like home since moving here. One of the biggest contributors to having a positive experience living here is staff engagement. Danielle Vaught has been the best property manager I have worked with. Her amazing communication skills worked to advocate for both the tenant's and apartments' needs and expectations to find a middle ground that works for both parties. Any question or concern that arises, she navigates & leads us to the solution promptly. Another amazing staff member is our new maintenance manager, Nick. Nick has ensured our community (both verbally & with actions) that any concerns will be addressed promptly and that our community will stay in great shape. I appreciate how personable he is. Another great attribute of living at Elevate LN is the amenities. We have a well-kept pool area, covered picnic area, outdoor fire pit, up-to-date gym, and clubhouse for activities. My boyfriend and I have even been able to save a buck by planning our date nights around activities in our clubhouse! We also have a great walking trail and dog park that is surrounded by trees to help you feel like you are out in nature! With that said, every apartment community has its cons. The one con I would consider at Elevate Lake Norman is how close it is to I77 and hearing/seeing the traffic to it. Luckily, this is masked by the dense trees between the apartment buildings and interstate so it's not as substantial. Also, there is the option to live in a building further from the interstate. Overall, I would genuinely rate this apartment complex a 10/10. We thank the amazing staff and leaders of Bell Partners for making this our home.
