Great Neighborhood

Im in my 4th year living at 119 South. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and well kept. My family and pets have enjoyed many of the amenities especially the walking path in thd back of the complex. The apartment size is spacious for the current price point. The staff is friendly and helpful. I consider the maintence team top notch. Whether im asking for a filter replacement or have a maintence request, they are quick to resolve and fix things the first time. 119 South is in the perfect location with easy access to stores as well as the I85.

My Thoughts

I've been living here for a few years now. Its been pretty good. My issue is the increase in pricing over yhe years. Ive not been a fan of that. Also, the dumpster process could be a bit better. I think we pay too much money for the constant overflow. Otherwise, that manager is kind, i like the staff. I dont have issues with neighbors. I will be continuing my stay.

Definitely an upgrade!

After selling our house and choosing to rent until we retire, our first apartment at another complex was going downhill very quickly. Fortunately for us when our lease was up we were able to get a much larger, nicer apartment at 119 South that was actually cheaper. The amenities are great and Mike from the maintenance crew is very polite and friendly. We have recommended this place to friends and coworkers. The only downside so far is the inability to use the pool area in the evenings. It seems that smoking marijuana is permissible and for those with kids or who have random drug testing at work can't go to the pool most evenings.
