I wish I had chosen somewhere different

At first it was cool. Then I realized every other day my water was being cut off. Rent is expensive then they tack on all these other charges which is bogus because some days the trash man decides he doesn't want to take your trash. Then you pay a pest fee but they don't have a regular spraying. You have to call office to tell them bugs are in your apartment. Walls are paper thin. Always smelling weed and smoke. The office doesn't return calls... but don't get a noise complaint because they will call quick about that. During covid everyone else's pool was open (in surrounding areas) but ours... nope! They also didn't lower rent for those months even though everyone knows part of our rent is high because of amenities. Therefore we are paying for amenities that we cannot use. Then on top of that they have made no adjustments to rental contracts knowing people have ran into difficult times trying to find places to move out before end of lease due to covid and forcing them into another year contract. I don't want to be here anymore. However, I don't have a choice... guess the bath tub is okay.

Not the best, but not the worst. I moved in this place 3 years ago, it was cheap and it served its purpose. Parking is HORRIBLE. They will not tell you this, but the majority of the parking they have is paid and there are only a few free parking spaces for each building so you may as well consider adding $25 for a parking space or $75 for a garage or flight for a free space. My building was mostly composed of a younger crowd, and I am almost 40 so with that comes noise and partying. The tenants are allowed to smoke inside the apartments. I am a non-smoker and the smoke seeps inside my apartment all the time (and not just cigarette smoke). My apartment is not updated so EVERY appliance is old and below standard in operating. My refrigerator leaks inside and there is always a puddle underneath it. I use to call maintenance about every month or so to fix it, but now, I'm just over it. I'm moving in a few months so I couldn't care less. The location is okay depending on if you like this side of town or not, close to restaurants and shops. I do believe they are overpriced because the amenities are not that great.
