Peace and parking
My neighbor up stairs little girl run and jump all day. So noisy sometimes I just want peace and quiet. Sound like she is about to come through the floor. If you leave at a certain time you have to park so far from your apartment.

Great Location
Close enough to Raleigh for city vibes but far enough for the quiet country feel. Charming neighborhood to walk around and having a greenway nearby is a huge plus! Great location next to Knightdale Station Park, shops, restaurants and brewery.
