Be aware before moving here. This complex water pipes are a problem here. Mold is a problem here has gotten a lot of people sick even children. They stated their not going to put in the money to fix the lead poisoning. The management and the owner are jokes here. A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE SICK DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE OWNER WHO STATED THEY WILL NOT DO MOLD REMEDIATION BUT STILL CHOOSE TO PUT HUS TENANTS IN HARMS WAY.

I love the apartment here. The apartment feels like I am living in a house! The blueprint is from the 80s and 90s and it is cozy and built to last!

Hours state one thing, staff never in. For weeks trying to contact. Calls ignored. Could see lady in office when calling! They purposely ignore phone calls. Will NOT help and has no care for clients. NOT open at 9am! Dont believe their hours...

Really enjoy living here! Been here 5+ years and all in all a great experience! Under new management this past year(2021) and while I was unsure of the new team(I really loved the old team) I can honestly say I’m still very happy here! Office manager is nice, easy to talk to, and easy to contact! Maintenance is dependable and very good at their job! Neighbors are kind and pleasant to live near, only a few bad apples during my time here and they never last! My plan is to stay here until the coroner picks my dead body up or I have to move to a nursing home—hahaha! Apartments are very nice and conveniently located near Hwy 52, grocery stores, convenience stores, and Walmart(all within 5 miles or less). Highly recommend!!!
