Poor experience
Issues with noise, marijuana odor, parking issues, trash in common areas. Unsupervised children playing in the breezeways. Parking issues and when notifying the tow company nothing was done on several occasions. Workers were living in the building during construction and drinking beer in breezeways. They were drinking and leaned up against my door. They left beer bottles and trash outside of my door. They moved out and new neighbors mived in causing new and worse issues. Overall poor experience. The pool is nice.

good but limited parking
the apartments itself and staff are good but there doesnt seem to be enough parking for how many residents live here. ive had to park 8-10 minutes walk away from my apartment some nights
