Consistent Issues with keeping the trash maintained. Not healthy for the environment and community. In addition, pet poop and other odors consistently in the air. Not sure whether its coming from the lake/swamp. Really brings the community down and very disappointing.

Since the inception of my residency, the property has come a long way. I moved in during 2022, the property management team has changed 3 times. The current team is doing a really good job making strategic plans to level up with all aspects of these apartments. The Trash containers and disposal areas remain (a major issue) although getting better since new regulations of disposal fees came out, the thin walls in the apartments and pet poop in undesired areas from time to time is what brings the overall rating down. I am a pet lover and in my opinion there is not enough open land area for the pets, although the fenced in area is helpful.

When I first become resident, there was another property management in place, unfortunately despite the efforts from their staff, the apartment, the environment, the neighbors as mess. Since last September, 2024, there has been major improvement overall. If each neighbor would realize that the foundation of the apartment walls are thin, and the noise level a little difficult. In addition, due to lack of containers, the waste and garbage that ends up blowing all over the grounds, still seem to be an issue. Lake cleanup would be great. Overall, improvements are noticeable, great potential for the community.

Not a fan. They were so unhelpful any time I needed anything. They do not care about their tenants. Neighbors are inconsiderate. Prices are wildly out of the range for not so great apartments.

Several neighbors just disrespect to other neighbors in regard to the noise level, although not often, the cursing under windows and the noise through the thin walls, door slamming, knocking against the walls, etc. No regard to the environment in regard to garbage, paper and other items on shared porch and grounds. Its sad how people just do not consider others as we all are paying our rental fees for a descent living space.
