My Forever Home! I love it here
I have been a resident at the Luxe at Huntersville for 3 years, and I am happyily renewing my lease. ?? The entire Staff, Jackie, Fernanda, Andrea, and the phenomial maintenance team, work their bu### off to provide the entire community with luxury amenities, resident events. Peaceful place but overpriced with old appliances
The location and apartment itself is pretty nice with plenty of lights in the community at night. However, the appliances are a bit old though at least in the unit I got. I had to deal with washing machine full of mold right after moving-in. Thankfully, maintenance staffs are super helpful and cleaned out everything. I still had to run clean cycles multiple times for the machine to be usable, and so my first water bill might be really high. The rent is quite close to Uptown with all this appliance issues. It’s overpriced in my opinion. Overall nice apartment and quite peaceful. Hopefully, no more appliance issues…fingers crossed.
