Great place to live

Since Greystar management has taken over the community has vastly improved. The grounds are cleaner, property maintenance issues like drainage were addressed, and the staff is just great. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and they work hatd to make sure the animal owners clean up after their pets. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to live!

I have lived at Patriot's Pointe for almost nine years. Living here has been a challenge at times due to previous ownership. Nothing was ever done and if it was, you can bet that it was done in the "cheapest" manner. However, that all changed when Greystar bought the property. Lots of things that had been neglected previously have been corrected. Kudos to the Property Manager, Chelsea, and the Assistant Manager, Alondra, and Leasing Specialist, Victoria for making Patriots Pointe a nice place to live again. And last but not least, we have a great Maintenance Department again by Colton and his right-hand man, Mike. Combined you all have made a significant difference.

Great at Patriots Pointe

Have lived here for 7 years, and I have really enjoyed it, my husband was here with me but I lost him in 2019, he also loved it, everyone here is so nice and love my neighbors.
