I have been living at Hawthorn for nine months, and I find the staff very helpful. I enjoy the amenities, particularly the workout room. The noise level is acceptable to me, as I understand that in an apartment complex, some noise is inevitable—people have to live in their spaces. My only concern is the issue with dog waste. Some residents don't clean up after their dogs, which becomes problematic when the waste is left on the grass or near patios. I would recommend Hawthorn to anyone interested in renting.

This is our first place together and we have really enjoyed our time here. This first year has really gone by so fast and we are thankful to have a safe and clean place to live while we are in school and working hard. Its nice to have a gym and pool available in just a short walk away! All the staff are always very kind and helpful. Thank you Hawthorne!

Never any parking

There are only 5 spots available to park in front of my building because of the garages taking up parking space. Sometimes it it very difficult to find a spot if you get home after 6 pm that isn't across the street and down a ways. I wish those garages weren't there!!!!
