Seemed like a good idea at first…

At first I thought the Madison was a great apartment complex. Everything seemed nice and clean and up to date. Everyone is pretty friendly as well. But as I spent more time I noticed that they were very slow to respond to maintenance issues. And when they did come to fix things, it was done poorly. A leak in my ceiling ended up growing mold and all they did was dry the room and paint over the stain (which was still visible). My dishwasher broke and when it was unable to be fixed, I was told they’d just replace the whole thing. I never heard back about it. The laminate floors were very quick to start peeling up at the edges. And the carpet wasn’t firmly tacked down so I ended up stepping on nails more than once. It was very disappointing for otherwise such a pretty little complex.

Home sweet home

My husband and I moved here 3 months ago, after looking at different places, The Madison was the most welcoming and beautiful, we love our 2 bedroom, very spacious. The staff is very professional and helpful. Maintenance always on point. Great location, very quiet. Love the Amazon hub. I’m a walker, I walked to the Mall and the supermarket. We’re very happy here. I would recommend The Madison . Thank you for welcoming us to your community.

We moved in just before Christmas and love our new apt! Everyone in the leasing dept is very helpful and we got our perfect apt with very little trouble. Maintenance is quick to respond and the location couldn’t be better for us.
