Have lived here for 9 years through 3 owners. Current owner changed some amenities which were exceptional perks such as receipt of packages especially during holiday period, discontinuation of monthly newsletter, resident events such Christmas/holiday celebration, back-to-school event, fresh baked cookies. It demonstrated resident appreciation. Additionally, the breezeways and stairs are not cleaned on a regular basis, and repairs of damaged stairs take forever. Suggest if short staffed, offer a small compensation to residents interested in keeping the breezeways and stairs clean.

We have only lived here a few months but are very happy here. The people are very nice, staff and residents. The pool area is very clean and well maintained. The apartments are clean and very spacious. The cost is not to bad for everything you get included. I couldn't of picked a better place to start our lives over again. We are happy.
