Great place for short term

This community is great is you're a short term renter. The parking is tough at night and it the wall are thin so we hear all sorts of yelling thuds and bangs. The vents must be connected because my bathroom will smell like a hippy party and it's been like that since day 1. Maintenance tried giving me a machine to clear out the smell but they clearly party often wherever it's coming from. If you can withstand those things then this place is great, the staff is amazing and they hold fun events for the residents. I definitely would recommend this place for short term rentals.

We like it

Very nice 3-bedroom apartment. Been here for over 6 years. Landscaping maintenance (trimming bushes and trees not scheduled often enough) Sprinklers have not worked in some places for several years. Won't hire professionals to fix.

Staff has always been very nice. Need more parking and apartments need to be updated. Especially for what you pay. Noise can be a lot some times.
