staff is selective when enforcing the rules and NOT consistent across the board. some are required to have parking stickers on their vehicles, some are not. some are required to contact the office when having a visitor, some are not. although these rules were put in writing, it is obvious the rule was intentional for some (NOT ALL). some are not given the option to counter offer the increase of rent, some are. some are not allowed to smoke or have things on their balcony, some are allowed. some are not allowed to interact with their neighbors when standing outside, some are. staff is selective who receive a notice of violations concerning the motioned above, some are not. tenants receive violations if their animal poop & they do not clean up. but strangers come over & allow their dogs to poop & there are NO consequences because staff can't legally do anything, however, staff can legally bring violations against tenants for the same offense. these apartments are extremely old. no modifications have never been done since my stay, however, a constant increase. It is disrespectful to inspect ones property after coming from another property and put your nasty hands on someone's refrigeration

I have lived here almost 11 years and am satisfied with my apartment and the staff. They are very helpful. It is located great for what and where I have to do and go. It is a good value for the price.

Rent to high for the syqye of these apartments. Need to be ipgraded.

I have been a tenant here for twenty years. The neighborhood is convenient to mostly everything. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. I really like living here not bothered by anyone. I have seen people leave and come. Without rules the stay would be worse. Rent has really increased since I've been a tenant here. But I am thankful to have a descent place to live. I wish we could cook on our grills again. Don't know why that was taken from us. But I am a happy tenant. Going to work and coming home not being bothered. Happy Holidays

I enjoy living in Manchester Apartments because it is a clean and quiet environment. I have lived here almost 2 years. What I love most about the community is that everyone is so friendly and It is very convenient to shopping centers, banks and restaurants. The area is very quiet and the property is well keep and clean. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to others because I feel that is is a safe environment, however I would recommend adding more amenities to the community property such as a doggy park, a gym or even a community center for parties and special events.

Quiet but get blamed and charged extra if something needs to be fixed more than once. Kind of disappointing heed twice before living here
