Great Except Parking
After having lived here for a month, the only issue I have is the parking. Beyond that, it has been a wonderful experience. The amenities are fantastic, the staff working in the office are kind and incredibly helpful, the maintenance staff is quick to respond and very professional. I'd give Meridian 5 stars if it weren't for the parking situation. But it still gets a solid 4 stars regardless.
Unimpressed with new company
So far we are extremely unimpressed with new management company. We’ve been here 2 years and never had a issue with prior company. Some examples: Little or no communication with tenants. 4/16 Neither gas grill working. Garbage can in car wash full Friday afternoon. Now overflowing because not emptied. Vendors smoking on property. Employee(maintenance) smoking. No bags in dog dispensers. Extremely unfriendly maintenance staff. Figured new management would improve, not go backwards!! So many new options in the area. May have to consider other options!

Been here 2 years. So far very nice. Hope the new management company is as good as the staff from Bell Partners
