Pretty nice place to live

It's a decent community, especially for Fayetteville. Maintenance responds super quickly. It has a pool and a fenced in dog area. The apartments are pretty old and very inefficient for energy saving unfortunately. The big windows and poorly insulated fireplace keep it extra hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
