Excellent / Good: 1. We love the place and location. 2.. Staff and Maintenance very professional, courteous and responsive. 3. The pool and the gate are functional. Improvents / Suggestions: 1. Inform th residents through your weekly / monthly information bulletin: a. Collapse cardboard boxes / trash goes into the container. b. Noise discipline in the evening starting at 10 pm. I had to put up a noisy party until 2 am …several weekends now. c. Designate a non-smoking building. The smell of cigarrette smoke is seeping into my resident … I have asthma and it does not help. Note: Trash containers are sometimes being emptied 2 days in row. Satisfying their quota but not with pile up for the rest of the week.

I have asked this before … inform residents on the following using bulletins. 1. Quiet time is 10 pm nightly. 2. Collapse card board boxes before putting in trash containers. Uncollapsed card board boxes quickly fills up the containers … creates trash bags left outside the containers.
