Just moved here about a month ago and me and my husband love it here, everything about the area is amazing and we have the best apartment with a good view and super spacious. All the front desk ladys are amazong super friendly and so nice. If you have any questions they do there best to answer them right away and find the right solution.

I have lived here 10 years. I hate that every year the rent increases everything its time to renew. I hate that they remove the all inclusive. When I first moved here I had all inclusive which also included cable, then it was removed. Now all the inclusive has been removed, I had to apply for water, sewer and lights. I have had t mobile internet for a few years and I am happy with it. Now I am being told that they are now bringing back in the inclusive spectrum. We'll I have t mobile and I do not want Spectrum, but I will be charged for it anyway when its time to renew my lease, which I feel is so unfair. If I refuse it I still have to pay for it. I please with T mobile because I do not want cable. But it doesn't matter what I prefer to have. So I will have to pay for something I do not want or choose not to renew and find another place to live.
