I have lived here 10 years. I hate that every year the rent increases everything its time to renew. I hate that they remove the all inclusive. When I first moved here I had all inclusive which also included cable, then it was removed. Now all the inclusive has been removed, I had to apply for water, sewer and lights. I have had t mobile internet for a few years and I am happy with it. Now I am being told that they are now bringing back in the inclusive spectrum. We'll I have t mobile and I do not want Spectrum, but I will be charged for it anyway when its time to renew my lease, which I feel is so unfair. If I refuse it I still have to pay for it. I please with T mobile because I do not want cable. But it doesn't matter what I prefer to have. So I will have to pay for something I do not want or choose not to renew and find another place to live.

This is a great community and staff working here. Very friendly and professional and quick to answer any and all concerns/issues on the property. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Immaculate grounds keeping and clean property. Good communication with residents. Always kept informed with events and information I need to know about the property.

I've lived here for just over a year now, and I absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and incredibly efficient—maintenance requests are typically handled within an hour or just a few hours after being submitted. The location is fantastic, surrounded by grocery stores, shopping centers, and plenty of things to do. For everything you get, the price truly can’t be beat!
