I moved to Lake in the Pines 7 months ago and I love my residence. I was impressed with the following assets of this property: multiple apartment sizes/styles and rates to choose from conductive to my needs. Great location and schools. This property is well kept by Maintenance daily, the Office Staff and Management are friendly and professionally seasoned; and they demonstrate Team Pride in providing great customer service and immediate results.

Not great but notdreadful
Have not had maintenance show up in near 7 months other than one day they were checking on everyone. My mailbox has had a broken lock multiple times. The postman said they are the ones that need to repair it not the postal service. Most issues I have had have been quite minor in comparison to other developments I have lived.
