Noise lebel.

Upstairs neighbors produce excessive levels of noise. Complaints are not dealt with. Neighbors think running and jumping and constantly dropping large objects are normal. At times it will go on for hours. No one believes us and are treated as if we don't know the difference. My mother is 86 and I'm 66 still working. We are left with the burden of proving it instead of believing us.

I’m having a great time living here, but so far my only and biggest complaint is my upstairs neighbor treating my celling like its stomp the yard try outs.
