Outdated floor plans, cabinets, worn-out carpet, wall paint, and appliances in phase 2 units. Phase 2 neighborhood is full of littered trash cans, trash, broken down vehicles, torn blinds, and discarded furniture. In my opinion, I don't think the current office management cares about the look of the property!
